Erin brings over 15 years of experience in operational, program, and administrative support and project management. I have devoted my career to supporting families, fostering community progress, and advocating for change.​ Fancy Tail Momz believes that every mother is Fancy no matter what circumstance. We're a community of dedicated moms who share family-friendly events, stories, and resources, building community together.

Fancy Tail Momz's mission is to provide free and low-cost parenting community resources to build supportive communities and inspire hope through shared experiences, for moms on their motherhood journey.

Company History

Fancy Tail Momz, LLC, established in November 2022 in Oakland, California, was founded by Erin Holland, a passionate advocate for mothers and families. Fancy Tail Momz's journey started with a passion for creating a supportive community for mothers, supporting families and building strong communities.  Fancy Tail Momz was inspired by personal experiences as a mother and a desire to provide resources and support for other mothers facing financial hardships and overwhelming stress.

The community includes dedicated moms who share family-friendly events, stories, and resources, building a strong support network. We are proud to be part of Oakland's vibrant and diverse community, contributing to the city's legacy of innovation and progress.​​

Founder Information

Erin Holland

I’m Erin Holland, the CEO and Founder of Fancy Tail Momz. I hold an MBA and a B.S. in Human Resource Management from California State University, East Bay, along with an A.S. in Management/Supervision and an A.A. in Business Administration.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in operational leadership, program development, and administrative management across local government, special‑purpose districts, and the education sector. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of what families go through during major transitions and how much support mothers truly need.

Fancy Tail Momz was created from my own motherhood journey and my commitment to helping women build structure, peace, and confidence in their homes and lives. Today, I lead this work with intention, clarity, and a passion for empowering mothers through community, education, and emotional support
