Supporting families with clarity, dignity, and access
Coordinated Entry is the front door to homeless services across Alameda County. It helps families and individuals connect with the right resources based on their needs — from emergency shelter to housing programs, basic needs support, and stabilization services. At Fancy Tail Momz, I know firsthand how overwhelming these systems can feel. This section is here to help you understand what Coordinated Entry is, how it works, and where to start.
Why This Matters
Housing instability affects everything — safety, mental health, parenting, and the ability to rebuild. Coordinated Entry helps families get connected faster, with less confusion and more support.
Fancy Tail Momz is committed to ensuring moms know where to start, what to expect, and how to advocate for themselves throughout the process.
